It's time for Everett to have a big boy bed. We've put it off for as long as possible, but we couldn't wait any longer. We plan on staying in our little home for a couple more years so the kids will still be sharing a room for a while. In order to make it all work we added a mattress underneath Emily's bed. The best part is while Emi didn't want to lose her little play space she gained what we're calling the play corner. She loves it. I set it all up and gave her a little tour. It will always be a little tight in their room but we can make it work.
